Hankyung Kim presented her poster entitled “Designing Personalities of Conversational Agents” at CHI 2019, Glasgow, Scotland, UK. The study proposed a conceptual framework for designing and communicating agent personalities to address the question as to how personalities of conversational agents with marked identities can be systematically designed.
