The full paper entitled, “Possibilities and Limitation of Online Document Tools for Design Collaboration: The Case of Google Docs,” was presented by Young-Wook Jung (co-authors: Youn-kyung Lim and Myung-suk Kim) at CSCW 2017, Portland, OR, USA. In this paper, we compared online document tools, such as Google Docs, with face-to-face interaction through a design workshop study, and discovered the possibilities and limitations of two medium for design collaboration with the influential properties.
