Da-jung Kim presented at CHI 2019 on the study exploring how people co-perform with their own intelligent agent_May 08, 2019

Da-jung Kim presented a paper titled “Co-Performing Agent: Designing for Building User-Agent Partnership in Learning and Adaptive Services” at CHI 2019, Glasgow, UK. The study explored how people co-perform with their own intelligent agent, which asks questions in order to build a better knowledge of its user and adapt a personalized assistant service over time. This paper highlighted three factors that should be carefully considered and designed to support users as a constructive partner of creating personalized services over time. This work was done by Da-jung Kim and Youn-kyung Lim.
